GPMF 2025 Registration Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions:
- Registration fees for workshops and masterclasses entitle participants to attend the workshops, masterclasses, forum, and exhibition
- Delegates can pick which masterclass or workshop they would like to attend only once they are onsite. Prior selection of workshops cannot be made at the time of the registration payment before the event. Seats for the workshops and the masterclasses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis onsite.
- Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
- Registration fee applies as per the date of payment
- Should your payment not be received 10 days prior to the event date, the Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel your pre-registration, you can make your registration onsite at the applicable rate.
- Only attendees who are 18 years old or above are permitted to attend the event.

Payments:
- All registration fees must be paid in advance.
- No confirmation will be sent until payment has been received.
- You may process the payments using Credit Card.
- All registrations are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and paid for, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Substituition:
- Substitution must be submitted in writing to registration@gpmf.world
- Substitution is accepted 30 days prior to the event.
